Previous management and administration of UGAN activities has for long relied on voluntary input of an elected executive committee. Realising the challenges of reliance on voluntary input and putting into consideration the increasing roles played by UGAN and the need to realize the organisational Mission and Vision as per the organisations strategic plan 2013/14-2018/2019, the UGAN is looking at sourcing funds to recruit a functional board of directors and staff who will be adequately remunerated. By doing this, it is expected that functionality of the association will be greatly increased.
